Level 3 & 4 PTLLS Courses
What is PTLLS?
Preparing to teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector is now the minimum qualification required by those who teach or (wish to teach) in post 16 education and training. PTLLS is also the first in a series of qualifications required to become a fully qualified teacher.
Who Needs PTLLS?
Anyone who is employed either wholly or partly as a teacher, trainer or tutor now needs to hold an appropriate qualification. (LLUK Standards)
This includes those who work as teachers, tutors or coaches in adult or community education, in public and voluntary sectors, as support staff in education and as trainers in retail and industry. It also includes those who work on a one-to-one basis.
We Deliver Level 3 & 4 PTLLS Courses
The level 4 PTLLS is widely becoming the acceptable standard in education.
However, both level 3 and 4 PTLLS allows you to progress to gain CTLLS, which in turn allows you to progress to DTLLS.
Our PTLLS Course is run over four consecutive days, and takes place at our Southampton venue, a newly purpose built training and conference centre.
